These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReFax™.pro ("the Service") operated by Monadnock Cyber, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ReFax™ provides automated property valuations, market analysis, and real estate intelligence derived from publicly available data sources. The Service is an information product — not a real estate brokerage, appraisal service, or advisory firm.
Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Report purchases are one-time and non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
ReFax™ connects consumers with independent, licensed real estate professionals ("Subscribing Agents") who use our platform. Subscribing Agents are not employees of Monadnock Cyber, LLC. Any real estate transaction resulting from a connection made through ReFax™ is solely between the consumer and the Subscribing Agent. Subscribing Agents pay their own subscription fees for access to the platform and its data.
Disclosure of Related Parties: Certain principals of Monadnock Cyber, LLC hold real estate licenses and may also be Subscribing Agents on the platform through separately licensed entities. When a related party is available as a Subscribing Agent, this relationship will be disclosed to the consumer. Consumers are never required to work with any particular agent and may request an unaffiliated agent at any time.
When a consumer requests a report through a Subscribing Agent, or an agent is assigned to a consumer inquiry, the agent must respond within 12 hours or by the end of the business day in the consumer's time zone, whichever comes first. Failure to respond within this window may result in the inquiry being reassigned to another Subscribing Agent at ReFax™'s discretion.
Subscribing Agents may express interest in specific properties or markets. Assignments are not exclusive and may be made to multiple agents based on geography, availability, and response history.

The ReFax name, logo, software, algorithms, and proprietary valuation models are the property of Monadnock Cyber, LLC. Property data derived from public sources remains in the public domain. Our analysis, presentation, and reports are protected by copyright.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONADNOCK CYBER, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monadnock Cyber, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to reports and data will cease, but referral obligations on previously closed transactions survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
